The configuration of the WhatsApp venture communities continues with small steps towards the debut, which could also have their own grouping screen on Android.
In recent releases, WhatsApp has shown its 360 ° commitment, revealing, via beta, the development – from a Business perspective – of a revisitation of the interface that will come into play when a profile is shared: at Meno Park, however. , do not know any respite and, in fact, it is already the turn of a new experimental release, with the usual load of indiscretions.
It has long been known that WhatsApp is working on Communities, sets of related groups intended to be accompanied by special management tools which, for example, will allow, with practical announcements, to reach all users of the various groups included in a Community. With the arrival, at the beginning of April, of a beta release of WhatsApp for iOS, the screenshot of a Community screen emerged, with the hypothesis that the same would also be developed for Android.
The next stage of this journey took place in the past few hours, with the 2.22.9.10 release of WhatsApp for Android, which can be easily downloaded from the ApkMirror online repository or, if registered on the Android beta testers page, from the Play Store (after a few minutes waiting, in the case of a registration on the list of testers made on the spot).
Specifically, analyzing the application code of this release, the WABetaInfo leakers have discovered how the aforementioned Community screen has the same appearance on Android as the one for iOS: first of all, it will be accessed from a special tab with the icon of several people overlapping, which will take the place of the camera card (it is not clear if removed or simply moved to another place).
At that point, by intervening on this form, when it is made available to everyone, you will enter the Community screen where both the communities you have joined and those that you have created yourself will be listed, with the possibility of launching new ones from same screen in question, as confirmed by an icon placed at the top with the sign of the addition. To date, the leakers explain as usual, no information is available regarding the release timing of this novelty, given that even the Communities have not yet made their debut on WhatsApp.
