Surprisingly (but only for those who had not yet read Mark Gurman’s latest statements), Apple announced an autumn event. Is titled Scary Fast and will be held in a totally digital version on October 30th. But what will be the news of the Halloween event? Let’s try to take stock when there is less than a week to go.
Apple’s Scary Fast event on October 30th: Macs (maybe) on the way
There is no doubt that the event will be all about Macthe artwork visible on the Cupertino company’s website in fact shows a “ghostly” version of the macOS Finder icon.
The mystery – if it can be defined as such – concerns the products that Apple will reveal to the public (who will follow the live streaming). According to Ming-Chi Kuo, who had to revise his previous predictions, MacBook Pros with M3 series processors will be the main protagonists.
More precise is the usual Mark Gurman. The journalist of Bloomberg, via his X profile“anticipates” the presentation of 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro with M3 Pro and M3 Max chips. The much talked about (and requested by the community) should also be added to the two laptops iMac da 24″ con chip M3. According to Gurman, the chip will be the only notable innovation of the next generation AiO. The colors should also be more or less the same as in 2021.

And therefore, to summarize, the new Apple products expected for the Scary Fast event on October 30th could be the following:
- iMac 24″ con chip M3
- MacBook Pro 14″ con M3 Pro e M3 Max
- MacBook Pro 16″ con M3 Pro e M3 Max
In Europe, given the time zone, the appointment time will make most people turn up their noses. The live streaming on YouTube and on the Apple website will begin at 01:00 on October 31st.
