On Android and iPhone, Facebook and other apps open links in their built-in browser; this can be disabled in the settings

1) Remove browser integrated in Facebook
To remove the use of the browser integrated into Facebook, open the app on our phone, press the profile icon at the top right, press Settings and privacyportiamoci in Settings and finally press on the item Multimedia content.
On the new screen, put a check mark on the item Opening external linksso as to force the Facebook app to open links only with the default browser on our smartphone.
2) Remove browser integrated in Gmail
Gmail also has an internal browser based on Chrome, but we can easily bypass it by pressing the icon with the three lines at the top left, pressing Settings and taking us to the menu General Settings.
In the screen that we will see appear, remove the check mark from the item Open web links in Gmail; we can neglect this procedure if we already use Google Chrome as a browser (in fact it is the same thing), but it is worth considering if we use Microsoft Edge o Mozilla Firefox as a phone browser.
3) Remove browser integrated into Twitter
Twitter, another famous social app, also uses an internal browser to correctly manage all the links we open in the various tweets.
To obtain greater security when we open these links, go to the Twitter app, press the profile icon at the top left, expand the menu Settings and assistancewe press on Settings and privacylet’s get on the path Accessibility, appearance and languages -> Appearance and turn off the switch next to the entry Usa il browser in-app.
4) Remove browser integrated in Telegram
Even the app Telegraman excellent alternative to WhatsApp for secret and encrypted messages, has an internal browser to open links shared in groups, channels and private chats.
To directly use Chrome or any other installed browser, open the app, press the icon with the three lines, go to the path Settings -> Chat settingsscroll through the items and turn off the switch next to the item Browser in-app.
5) Remove browser integrated in the Google app
Even the app Googlepresent by default on Android but can also be installed on iPhonehas an internal (Chrome-based) browser to open Discover links and to open any link there after searching.
If we have a faster and more efficient browser for links, we can remove the browser integrated into the Google app by starting it, pressing the profile picture at the top right, pressing on Settingspressing on generals and deactivating the switch next to the item Open web pages in the app.
