The partnership between the German Porsche and the Taiwanese AOC continues, which has fielded a new fruit of their joint creativity, represented by the AGON PRO PD32M display, ideal for gamers and graphics professionals.
From AOC and Porsche Design comes the ultra-premium AGON PRO PD32M monitor

A year and a half after the last “fruit”, the renewed collaboration between the Taiwanese AOC and the design division of the German car manufacturer Porsche has given birth to a new creation in the visual field, represented by the new Porsche Design AOC AGON PRO PD32M premium monitor .

List partner, also in Italy, of the smaller AOC PD27, the new AGON PRO PD32M display (613 x 290 x 715 mm for 11.52 kg) adopts as a base, with sandblasted finish, a support in cast aluminum: the back, where there is an RGB LED system to increase immersion in the game a bit like the Philips Ambilight does for movies and sporting events, it has degradations on the sides and top / bottom, in order to create the shape angular of a trapezoid.

Also on the back, at the top, there is a horizontal strip that, inspired by the air intakes of Porsche sports cars, takes care of the cooling, assisted by some metal mesh inlays, which perform a dual function, since they also offer the outlet. to the pair of 8-watt stereo speakers ready for DTS audio. Below, the AGON PRO PD32M display has several ports, including a 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB 3.2 poker, a USB Type-C (to receive video streams up to 4K @ 120Hz and forward energy up to 90 W), a DisplayPort 1.4, and a pair of HDMI with support for the peculiarities of the 2.1 standard.

In front, the Porsche Design AOC AGON PRO PD32M monitor mounts a panoramic panel in 16: 9 of the 31.5-inch LCD type, resolved in 4K, DisplayHDR 1400 certified, with 1,400 nits of peak brightness: thanks to the miniLED backlighting, which allows 1,152 darkening zones, it is possible to approach the performance of an OLED, with 97% coverage on the DCI-P3 color space and a yield of 1.07 billion colors that will make even graphics professionals happy. Still in the gaming field, after the mention of HDMI 2.1, the Adaptive Sync, the GtG response time (from gray to gray) equal to 1 millisecond, and the refresh rate at 144 Hz will instead offer their contribution.

Currently, the new AOC AGON Pro PD32M monitor from Porsche Design and AOC can already be purchased, online, at specialized retailers, or in Porsche Design stores, at a price of 1,999 euros.
