The leak shows how Google has worked on a significant design overhaul of the Pixel line, with an entirely new rear panel dishas well as the screen, surrounded by side edges that are also completely flat, the latter being a big difference compared to the curved and rounded edges of the previous models.

Perhaps the most notable change you notice is the redesigned camera. Unlike the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, where the photographic module extends from edge to edge, the new design proposed by Google features a smaller camera. The Pro versions are reportedly also expected to feature a matte back with glossy bezels, while the Pixel 9 will have a glossy back and matte bezels.

There are three smartphones shown but apparently Google is organizing four models: the Pixel 9 (code name: counterpart), Pixel 9 Pro (nome in codice: Caiman), Pixel 9 XL (code name: Komodo) e Pixel 9 Fold. While the names of the XL and Fold models are not yet confirmed, the source revealed details on the configurations of the first three.

According to what we learn, the Pixel 9 will have 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, while the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL will have both 16 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory. The screen size should be respectively 6.24 inches, 6.34 inches e 6.73 inches. All three models should be equipped with displays AMOLED a 120 Hz.
