While the pre-order date for its premium smart TVs of 2022 with OLED technology approaches, the Chinese company Hisense has announced the availability on the market, starting from South Africa (through selected retailers), of its latest mid-range soundbar. the Hisense U5120G, shown at the show at CES 2022 in Las Vegas.

The new U5120G soundbar (1200 x 70 x 115 mm) is a 5.1.2-channel system, with a total power of 510 watts, which can count on the contribution of an 8-inch subwoofer (which brings with it 180W): basic , the structure of the soundbar incorporates several speakers, including a pair pointing upwards (up-firing), useful to support the immersion of the Dolby Atmos sound, a pair oriented to the sides (side-firing) to ensure a wider sound stage, and a trio of front speakers. A boost can be obtained, in surround optics, by applying optional rear speakers, when made available during the year.

Another technology implemented in the Hisense U5120G soundbar, not surprisingly awarded with the granting of certification for a Hi-Res sound output, is that of DTS: X Premium audio, due to which the user will enjoy greater realism, whether you are watching a car chase scene, watching a sporting event (with stadium feeling), or watching a concert recording.
