In the past few hours, rumors relating to Instagram have multiplied, with relevance also to Repost and Reels: in the meantime, the well-known photo-sharing has seen the expected news regarding 3D avatars appear in India too.

For some time under the control of Facebook Inc now Meta, Instagram is approaching the Metaverse also thanks to the progressive extension of some novelties related to 3D Avatars, now arrived with various improvements also in India: in the meantime, several rumors have emerged, relating to the future Repost functions and much more not yet obvious.
Just over four months ago, the debut took place in countries such as Canada, Mexico and the United States: now it’s up to India to benefit from a novelty which, in essence, provides for the renewal of face shapes and skin tones of existing 3D avatars and the arrival of new 3D avatars, with new face shapes and assistive devices (cochlear implants, hearing aids, wheelchairs). According to Meta, which has promised to add other options over time depending on the feedback obtained from the community, the new alters in question can be used on Messenger, Facebook and Instagram (DM private messages and Stories).
Moving from a novelty that “also” involves Instagram to something more “exclusive” for the well-known photo-sharing, it is impossible not to mention the discoveries, in share rumors, recently made by the leaker Alessandro Paluzzi.
The feature tracker author of the WATweaker tool has discovered, via reverse engineering, that Instagram contemplates allowing the creation of video responses to the Reels: all this would be done through a prompt that would appear in the sharing sheet of the Reels themselves. According to SocialMediaToday, this would appear to be aimed at stimulating users to create new Reels clips, a bit like already done with the Remix option (in TikTok Duet style) and with the one that allows you to reply to a comment with a Reels clip.
Among the other innovations discovered, there are the possibility that the profiles in the profiles are replaced by a b, and the fact that, always on the profiles, it becomes possible to hide the number of followers: as is known, finally, for some time Instagram has also been working on the possibility to allow Repost through a specific function. In the past few hours it has emerged that this opportunity can occur through a button located in the sharing menu.
