iPhone 16 Pro, the display could beat that of the 2024 iPad Pro

At the moment it seems very unlikely that theiPhone 16 Pro will be able to use the screen from next September OLED tandem currently in force at iPad Pro M4.

As some leaked images have shown, the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will be larger than their smaller “non-Pro” brothers, with displays that will respectively have 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch diagonals. However, these are not the only innovations that Apple has planned for the screen of its next iPhone 16 Pro.

Apple, the iPad Pro has the most advanced display in the world but the iPhone 16 Pro could beat it

A very famous leaker claims that the iPhone 16 Pro screen could reach a brightness maximum of 1.200 nit in normal use. This would be an improvement 20% compared to the iPhone 15 Pro, which supports a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. This means that Apple’s next phones will be noticeably brighter than current models.

As regards peak brightness, the source reports that the new iPhone 16 Pro could support a peak brightness of 1.600 nit. The next top therefore will match the iPhone 15 Pro and the iPad Pro in this sense.

This is obviously not the only improvement that Apple’s new iPhone Pros will have to offer to the public hoping to become the strongest in 2024. In fact, there is a rumor that the phones will be equipped with a new chip A18 Pro based on TSMC’s second-generation 3nm process, while Android flagships will still be in development. The SoC is expected to be made with 4nm chipset. The iPhone 16 Pro is also expected to feature an ultrawide camera from 48 MP high resolution and a dedicated capture button for quick access to cameras.

The leak also reports that the Pro models will feature larger batteries and built-in artificial intelligence.
