Max Payne: the remakes of the first two chapters are coming

Max Payne, especially in the first two chapters, released on various consoles such as the PlayStation 2, on Windows / macOs, for the handheld Game Boy Advance, and for Android / iOS, has marked a bit the history of video games. The first chapter, developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Gathering of Developers, tells the life of a former NYPD agent who three years before the opening sequence finds that his wife Michelle and her newborn daughter have been massacred by some criminals under the effect of a new synthetic drug, Valkyrie.

The first chapter ends quite openly and, thanks above all to the incredible success achieved by its predecessor, “Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne” comes out, also developed by Remedy but distributed by Rockstar Games and Vienna, which continues just as the first adventure is over. A few years later the third chapter also comes out, called Max Payne 3, but not getting the same success as the first two TPS.
