For some time there have been rumors of Oppo’s intention to bring the specifications of the 4G model of the Reno 7 to other markets, in other guises: this has proved true thanks to the officialization of the Oppo F21 Pro which, pending to make its debut also in India on April 12 (together with the F21 Pro 5G), it has meanwhile arrived in the area, starting from Bangladesh.

Oppo F21 Pro has a frame drawn up with the Oppo Glow design in two alternative colors, Cosmic Black and Sunset Orange: both iterations weigh 175 grams, but the orange version (7.54 mm) is slightly thicker than the other (7.49 mm), being made of Fiberglass Leather, a synthetic leather that is soft to the touch, but with significant values of impermeability and resistance to stress and temperature variations, as demonstrated by the company itself in various “stress tests”.

The front features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, resolved in FullHD +, with 90 Hz refresh rate and 180 Hz touch sampling, including an underlying fingerprint scanner. The hole in the upper left includes a Sony IMX709 sensor (with RGBW matrix, 60% more receptive of light, but with 35% less noise, compared to the IMX615), characterized by an aperture equal to f / 2.4, from a resolution of 32 megapixels, from the Quadra Binning algorithm, and an improved AI Portrait. Behind, a bi-color rectangular totem houses the triple rear camera, capable of the Bokeh Flare Portrait function, with a 2 megapixel monochrome sensor, for depth (f / 2.4), a main one from 64 megapixel f / 1.7) and one for the macro, 2 megapixel (f / 3.3), with microlenses for 15x and 30x magnification, surrounded by the Orbit Light, an ideal light ring to ensure always sharp shots. Audio side, mention is made of the 3.5 mm mini-jack.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octacore processor brings 4G on the two nanoSIMs and the Adreno 610 graphics card to the Oppo F21 Pro: the RAM (LPDDR4X) benefits from virtual expansion, while the 128 GB storage (UFS 2.2) can be expanded via microSD.

The connectivity section of the Oppo F21 Pro is full-bodied, with the aforementioned 4G Times, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Wi-Fi ac dual band, NFC for payments, and microUSB Type-C: the latter endorses 33W SuperVOOC fast connectivity in favor of the 4,500 mAh battery. On the software side, under the ColorOS 12.1 interface (air gesture, smart security, smart notification hiding), there is Android 11. Once the pre-orders are concluded, the Oppo F21 Pro will be on sale at the price of 27,990 Bangladeshi taka, equal to approximately 298 euros, from April 18th.
