With all the hype that the circumstance deserved. Nubia presented the new top range of gaming telephones of the Red Magic series among which the Red Magic 7S Pro stood out, also in a limited edition dedicated to Transformers.

During an event conducted for the Chinese market by Ni Fei, CEO of the parent company ZTE and president of the sub-brand Nubia, the new gaming phones of the latter were presented which, in the Red Magic line (acclaimed with a + 30% of sales in the first part of the year), are represented by the new (not in design, very similar to that of its predecessors) Red Magic 7S Pro and Red Magic 7S (recipient of a separate article).
Starting from the most important model, the Red Magic 7s Pro is provided in the colors Deuterium Front Transparent Shadow, Deuterium Front Transparent Shadow, Deuterium Front Transparent Silver Wing, Dark Knight, and Transformers Bumblebee Limited Collection (essentially the edition dedicated to the eponymous character of the Transformers, placed in a hexagonal package, with various accessories, a protective cover and an external cooler precisely inspired by the character Bumblebee). On the right back, together with the power button and the volume rocker, there are two tactile buttons with trigger function brought to 520 Hz of touch sampling frequency: on the opposite side the colored button activates the liquid heat dissipation. There is no shortage, then, the 3.5 mm mini-jack for headphones, if you do not want to use the two stereo speakers, and 3 microphones.
The display of the Red Magic 7s Pro, borrowed from 7 Pro, is an AMOLED panel by Visionox, with a diagonal of 6.8 inches, resolved in FullHD + (2400 × 1080 pixels), with 10-bit color depth, dimming Red Magic x Qualcomm LTM , refresh rate up to 120 (60/90), touch sampling at 960 Hz, 7th generation underlying fingerprint sensor also capable of detecting heart rate, UDC hidden camera selfiecamera (thanks to the pixels arranged on the tripod and the chip dedicated UDC Pro) with 16 megapixels.
Still on the subject of multimedia involvement, there is a double linear vibrational motor along the X axis: on the back, inside an oblong central shape placed to the right of the visible fan (also for RGB LEDs), in the upper part there is the square bumper for the triple camera, in which there is a 64 megapixel Samsung S5KGW3 main sensor, followed by an 8 ultra-wide angle and a 2 megapixel macro.
Awarded with 1,156,044 points on AnTuTu, the Red Magic 7S Pro, as expected, relies on the octacore processor (3.2 GHz) Snapdragon 8+ with Adreno 730 GPU, with a 30% lower power consumption and an increase in performance, between CPU and GPU, increased by 10%: in the model in question, thanks to the collaboration of AIwin, the Red Core No. 1 gaming chip is implemented while, in favor of the entire Red Magic 7S series, a proprietary engine has been integrated for the frame rate management, which also takes care of increasing the buffering of the rendering, synchronization and rendering of the image by 5 times. The RAM, LPDDR5, and storage, UFS 3.1, are combined in 12 + 256 GB, priced at 5,199 yuan (766 euros), and in 16 + 512 GB, at 5,999 yuan (884 euros). The Deutarium version is priced at 5,299 yuan (781 euros) for 12 + 256 GB and 5,999 yuan (884 euros) for 16 + 512 GB. The Special Transformer Edition. from 16 + 512 GB. it is priced at 6,499 yuan (957 euros).
Typical gaming smartphone, the Red Magic 7s Pro takes great care of temperature management, as demonstrated by the new ICE 10.0 Magic Cool cooling system: the latter first of all includes a more silent (4 decibels) centrifugal fan with 20 thousand revolutions per minute combined to a particular air duct to achieve + 6% air volume and pressure. Together with these elements there are also metallic films for heat dissipation (deuterium, composite material in e-hexane and phase change graphene, rare earths with high thermal conductivity), and a VC of 4124 mm², within a surface total of the dissipation material equal to 43525 mm².
Equipped with a 5,000 mAh dual-cell battery, with three parallel charge pumps, from which can be fully charged in 15 minutes, to 135W, thanks to a 165W gallium nitride wall charger, the Red Magic 7s Pro features connectivity GPS, 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, and Wi-Fi 6 and is animated by the Red Magic 5.0 interface superimposed on Android 12.
