Without too much fuss, Tecno has announced the new low-end smartphone, the Spark 9T which offers, among other advantages, a substantial reserve of energy and the implementation of Android 12.
Lately, Realme has been busy with low-cost smartphones, just think of the launch of the C30 and Q5x. Even the rival brand Tecno, of the Transsion Holdings group, was not far behind, replicating with the presentation of the equally basic Tecno Spark 9T.
The newcomer, cadenced in the Atlantic Blue, Cocoa Gold, Iris Purple, Turquoise Cyan palettes, is not surprising from the front, with the classic low-end “defects”, represented by the fairly evident chin at the bottom, and a water drop notch . On the other hand, the 3.5 mm mini-jack for wired headphones or earphones is provided along the perimeter while, on the right, there is a physical scanner for fingerprint detection.
The display of the Tecno Spark 9T is expressed in 6.6 inches of resolution IPS LCD panel in HD + (720 x 1600 pixels) with 90 Hz of refresh rate while the photographic section counts on 4 sensors in total. In front, an 8 megapixel self-camera is used while, behind, a double ring, however pleasant to behold, incorporates a 13 megapixel main sensor and (in the second holblò) a secondary sensor of 2, for depth, and one AI.
The Mediatek Helio G37 octacore processor, with a 2.3 GHz clock frequency, 64-bit architecture and IMG PowerVR GE8320 graphics card, uses 4 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage: there are no other storage cuts but, on the other hand, the ROM is expandable via microSD. On the energy side, the Tecno Spark 9T integrates a 5,000 mAh battery, subject to a charge via microUSB at 10W: equipped with GPS (A-GPS), Wi.Fi, and Bluetooth, the connective array stands out more than anything else for Dual SIM with 4G.
