With a surprise move, Oppo from BBK Electronics has presented a new smartphone of the Reno 7 series which, after the Reno 7 Z 5G and Reno 7 Global iterations, is now preparing to welcome, in Indonesia, from 1 April, the solo version 4G of the Reno 7 base, in the guise of Oppo Reno 7 4G.

The new Oppo Reno 7 4G smartphone (159.9 x 73.2 x 7.49 mm) has a flat side frame, iPhone style, with a front protected by a Gorilla Glass 5 glass and with a hole in the upper left for the selfiecamera while the back, with an imitation leather finish in the Sunset Orange and Cosmic Black colors, it has a two-tone rectangular bumper on the left which, around one of the two larger lenses, places the luminous ring for notifications.

Aesthetics aside, the A side of the Reno 7 4G offers a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, resolved in FullHD + (1080 x 2400 pixels), with 90 Hz refresh rate, 180 Hz touch sampling, fingerprint sensor below, Widevine certification L1 (for high resolution multimedia streaming), and 90.8% screen-to-body.

Borrowed from the Find X5 Pro, the 32 megapixel self-camera relies on the Sony IMX709 sensor. Behind, the triple camera, split between a lighter and a darker area, features a 64-megapixel main sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors, for macro and depth. On the audio side, there is the 3.5 mm jack, as a consolation for the fact that there is no microSD slot along the perimeter.

Having put in place a processing section led by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, with the only mnemonic set-up that provides 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM (expandable by another 5 GB virtually), it is the energy segment that strikes in the Oppo Reno 7 4G, with a 4,500 mAh battery capable of recovering 39% of energy in a quarter of an hour thanks to the 33w SuperVOOC. Animated by Android 12 under ColorOS 12.1, the Oppo Reno 7 4G includes Dual SIM 4G, GPS, NFC, Wi-Fi ac / 5, microUSB Type-C and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity: for the price, we talk about 5,200,000 Indonesian rupiahs, equal to approximately 325 euros.
