The famous WhatsApp messaging, more or less in the hours in which Telegram has announced the launch of its optional Telegram Premium subscription, has announced two roll-outs, one for iOS and one for Windows, with within them useful improvements aimed at perfecting user experience.

The first news related to the messaging in question concerns Android but not standard users. In mid-April, with the release of the beta release 22.9.0.70 for iOS (via TestFlight), WhatsApp made the cover photo function available to companies that used an iPhone, which – a bit like on Twitter and Facebook – allows you to exhibit an extended image behind the photo of the account, creating a sort of business card that, through the visual language, communicates particular aspects of the company to those who visit its profile.

Well, later, at the end of May, the same news (in development) was also spotted on WhatsApp beta for Desktop but, in the past few hours, to allay the fears of the excluded Androidians, the beta release 2.22.14.6 has arrived. I arrange the cover photos also in their favor. To do this, warned by a banner at the top of the chat list, just click on “Tap to add now” in the notice “Emphasize your company profile with a cover photo”, or proceed via the “profile” item in the settings of the app.

The leakers of WABetaInfo, who reported the above roll-out (in favor of some companies, with others that will benefit from its activation in the next few weeks) have announced that, after having made available the news already on mobile iterations ( Android and iOS) and Desktop, Whatsapp has also brought in its UWP (universal windows platform) version, downloadable from the Windows Store with release number 2.2223.11.70, the function that allows you to pause the voice notes.

Previously, during the recording, it was possible to stop them, and listen to them again, but not resume them: with the new beta update, however, the stop button is replaced by the pause button, to highlight that, after the eventual replay, it is It is possible to resume the recording, before sending, through the usual icon of the paper airplane.
