The Chinese brand Redmi, fresh from the launch in recent weeks of the RedmiBook Pro 2022 Ryzen Edition, has announced two high-end monitors in China, represented by the 23.8-inch Redmi Display Pro and the 27-inch Redmi Display in the 4K version.

The 23.8-inch Redmi Display Pro adopts an IPS LCD panel (178 ° as viewing angles) FullHD (therefore 1920 × 1080 pixels), with 8-bit color depth, 100% coverage on the sRGB color gamut, 16.7 million of expressible colors, an enormous precision in the rendering of shades (DeltaE <2), 300 nits of peak as brightness, 75 Hz of refresh rate. The monitor supports HDR, and protects eyesight both with an intelligent global DC attenuation system, and through a device aimed at avoiding blue light frequencies in the 415 nm-455 nm range, which are particularly harmful to the eyes.

Placed on a bracket with multi-angle adjustment that allows you to adjust the monitor in height, to put it vertically, to rotate it or tilt it, but it can also be placed on the wall thanks to the VESA 75 × 75 connection, the monitor in question is not to be missed. several ports, including an HDMI 2.1, a USB Type-B 3.0, a VGA, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and two USB Type-A 3.0.

The 27-inch 4K version of the Redmi monitor employs, between thin bezels on three sides, with 178 ° of viewing angle, a resolute 27-inch 3840 × 2160 IPS panel, with 350 nits peak brightness, DisplayHDR 400 certification, color depth 8-bit upscaled to 10-bit via FRC, 95% coverage on DCI-P3 and 100% on sRGB, accuracy as per DeltaE <2, and 60Hz for refresh rate. Equipped with dual certification for low blue light, complete with global DC attenuation, this display has two HDMI 2.1, a DisplayPort P 1.4, a pair of USB Type-A, and the classic interface for audio. Also in this case the VESA wall mount is supported and a bracket for multi-angle adjustment is implemented.

Currently, the two new Redmi monitors are on presale in China, on the official store of the parent company, the Xiaomi Mall, according to the respective prices of 799 and 1,999 yuan (or about 112 and 280 euros).
