The IO App is an application developed by the Europen government that allows citizens to improve and speed up communications with Public Administrations and to access public services digitally. Over time this solution has improved and has been enriched with new services. The Revenue Agency has decided to use the IO App to offer citizens an innovative and extremely useful service, which reduces forgetfulness and avoids incurring sanctions.
In particular, has provided a personalized notification system on everything relating to tax obligations and other types of urgent or useful notices and communications. Let’s find out how to access the IO app and how to use the services made available by the Revenue Agency.

1. Revenue Agency and App IO, which services
The Revenue Agency has decided to make some digital services available on the IO App. Services will be rolled out over time. In Your deadlines it will be possible set reminders on installments, contracts, payment of taxes and much more, based on your needs.
In the category Communications for you, you will find all messages intended for the user. The objective is to inform users about each initiative, on incoming refunds, on the people who have access to its reserved area (for example accountants), on non-deliveries, on the expiration of contracts on procedures to be completed and many other communications that are in the interest of the individual citizen.

2. How to download the IO App
Download the IO App on your mobile device it’s very simple. If you have it uno smartphone Android you need to start the application GooglePlay Store and write, in the search bar, IO App. Locate the correct result and click Install. In a few seconds it will be available on your phone.
Similarly, for download the application to your device with iOS operating system access the Apple App Storeclick on Fence and enter in the search bar IO App. Locate the correct result and click Get. Perform App Store requests and the download will begin immediately.

3. How to access the IO App
The IO App, containing very confidential information, allows access only via CIE (Electronic Identity Card) or with the SPID. In this way only the authorized user can view the information contained in his profile, initiate requests and use the services available.
To log in with your Electronic Identity Card, launch the IO App and select Enter with CIE. Enter your identity card PIN, consisting of eight digits, and continue with the wizard. .
To log in with SPID, click Enter with SPID. Choose your Identity Provider and enter the required credentials (generally email and password).
Yes it can opt for quick access, which avoids the obligation to identify with SPID or CIE every 30 days. In this case you must unlock with your face, with a fingerprint or with an unlock code. Every time you log in with this method, and will receive an email. This way you can block strangers from using the app.

4. How to find Revenue Agency services on the IO App
Once you log in, you will be able to view all received and archived messagesupdate payment methods, bonuses and discounts in your Wallet and monitor all the operations carried out, manage your account on Profile or access the various services available.
To find and activate those proposed by the Revenue Agency click on Services. Scroll to the entry Revenue Agency. Here you will find all the options offered.
Press on Communications for you to activate the service and receive personalized communications. You can choose to be contacted in the app, to receive push notifications or read receipts. All three options are selectable at the same time.
The same choices can be made in the section Your Deadlines. Activate or deactivate, according to your wishes, the switches located next to the items Contact you in the app, Send you push notifications, Receive reading receipts.
In both categories, you can change your choice whenever you feel the need. The available services will increase in the future.
