Apple fixes dangerous vulnerabilities with iOS 16.6, macOS Ventura 13.5 and more

Apple has updated all of its operating systems, starting with iOS. Although presenting themselves as “minor” updates, installation is recommended for all users since – as declared by the Cupertino company itself – the updates solve various vulnerabilitysome of them too quite dangerous and actively exploited.

How to install updates

  • iPhone: go to Settings > General > Software Update
  • Mac: System Settings > General > Software Update
  • Apple Watch: On the iPhone that the smartwatch is paired with, launch the Watch app and go to Settings > Software Update. For the update to complete, your Apple Watch must be charging and in close proximity to the iPhone it’s paired with
  • Apple TV: go to Settings > System > Software Update
