The developers of Google they have no intention of sitting idly by and the latest news clearly proves it. In fact, according to reports, the company is thinking of new features to be implemented within its suite of apps.
Google Photo, probably the most used application of all, could soon see a relevant novelty. For a few days there has been insistent talk of the new updates which will include various features, including the one that is the subject of the latest rumors.
In fact, the application dedicated to photographs is preparing to receive another improvement which, at least initially, will be reserved for smartphones in the range Pixel.
Google Photos, cinematic photos arrive on Pixel smartphones
It was the year 2020 when “Cinematic photos” was launched within Google Photos, opening up new possibilities. Users have since had the opportunity to give the shots a three-dimensional cinematic finish, from which a sort of short video was derived.
The feature was further improved the following year, with the algorithms becoming capable of filling even the background behind the immortalized subject. But now a major change is coming: Google will allow users to create cinematic photos everytime. In fact, we must remember that the possibility of giving the shots this effect is currently reserved only for Google Photos which independently chooses when to intervene.
Now everything changes, with users who can then resort to “cinematic photos” if they want. On Pixel series devices, Google will introduce a new button that will add to “Collage“, “Animation” e “Movie“.
In order to find the command, users will have to choose the tab “Collection“, continuing in the section “Utility“.
Once you choose the new item, you can create 3D cinematic photos to your liking. In fact, all the shots will be editable with this feature.
The release phase of the update will be gradual, so you just need to be patient and wait for it to arrive.
