If you don’t want to interrupt the workflow, the best suggestion is to opt for remote control (perhaps from a PC) in order to have everything you need available on a single platform.

In other cases it could simply be a matter of convenience, with the device to be controlled which, perhaps, is in charge in another room and to avoid constantly unplugging it or getting up to pick it up, it may be a wise choice to opt for a remote control procedure.

Once this is done, you need to get the nine-digit code from AirDroidinstalled on your smartphone remotely.

Once you have this code, just open AirMirror and insert it into the card Remote Support and tap Connect. Before proceeding with the display, the user will be asked to grant some authorizations necessary to conclude the remote smartphone control operation.

Obviously also on the remote device, it will be necessary accept the new display mode and you will have 20 seconds to do it and tap on Skills to activate screen sharing.

First of all, therefore, you need to install the two applications on the two devices and access both with the same profile. At this point on AirDroid you have to go to your personal settings, to the tab Security and remote functions and from the section Remote controlenable this function.

Once this is done, the user will be prompted to download and install the Control Add-On available for free on the Google Play Store. At this point, all that remains is to grant all the required authorizations and proceed with remote control of a smartphone.

You can then open AirMirror and, once you have identified the device to check, select the option Check from its menu. Once the Start now option is selected on the remote device as well, it will be possible to view the screen and interact with it, just as if you were operating directly on it.

Of course it is possible too remotely control a smartphone using a computerto do this the procedure is more or less the same but you will have to use web.airdroid.com on a browser and log in with the same account.

As just said, the “synchronization” methods are more or less the same as those listed above, so just follow the instructions on the screen and proceed with using the application

Finally, it must be remembered that video quality and latency some commands are not exactly optimal, after all we are talking about operations performed wirelessly, a detail that could “compromise” the use of this solution.

  • 4. Mirror your screen from Android to TV

Alternatively, if the user does not want to install too many applications, it is possible to mirror the smartphone screen on a TV that supports the functions for Chromecast.

This second solution allows you to “project” the screen of your phone on a television, allowing for a larger view.

A solution that is generally used to view multimedia content on the TV. However, in this case, the user will still need to have the phone at hand and will not be able to control the smartphone from the TV but only view its screen.
