How to export Canva presentation to OneDrive and PowerPoint Online
To upload your Canva presentation to OneDrive and edit it with PowerPoint, just click the button Share at the top right then choose the item Other and finally Microsoft OneDrive.
Canva asks forauthorization to access the file of the user hosted on OneDrive: if you want to revoke it, simply access the page Apps and services to which you have granted accessclick on Canva then on the button Remove these permissions.
Per connect OneDrive with Canvajust click on the button Connect Microsoft OneDrive then grant all required permissions.
Canva finally asks you to select the OneDrive folder (viewing its contents) to use as the destination for the OneDrive presentation. To store the template created with Canva in the root directory of OneDrive, simply choose You choose.
Currently, Canva allows you to export to OneDrive up to a maximum of 10 slide: it is therefore good to take this into account when creating a presentation and choosing the resources to insert (left column in the Canva interface). From the drop-down menu File typeyou can choose PPTX to get an editable presentation with PowerPoint (both online and offline).
By default, Canva automatically activates a sharing link on OneDrive and shows it to the user. To remove it, just go to the OneDrive home page, right-click on the presentation thumbnail, choose Sharethen click the “1 sharing link” down. As a final step, you can click on the tab Connections then on the icon depicting a trash can.
The limit of 10 slide can be easily overcome by importing multiple presentations into PowerPoint, selecting the slide of your interest by pressing CTRL+C then using the key combination CTRL+V to expand the other presentation.
