Amazon Musicfollowing the path already traced by Spotifyhas decided to allow its users to generate playlists through AI. The instrument in question, baptized Maestrois nothing more than a chatbot capable of responding to the user’s text or voice messages, creating a selection of music tracks by evaluating this input.
The feature is currently being tested, with some American users (both iOS That Android) who are putting Maestro to the test to evaluate its potential and any shortcomings. It is currently unknown when Maestro will also be available in territories outside the United States.

With Maestro by Amazon Music you can generate playlists via text or voice input
According to what has been leaked, a special entry should appear on the home screen of Amazon Music. The same is also accessible through the icon “+” which allows you to create a new playlist.
Once they gain access to the chatbot, the user can literally explain how they want their playlist to be made up. At the end of the instructions, just confirm everything to see a list of songs generated in a few seconds. This can then be saved and shared with other users.
The introduction of Maestro makes the challenge between Amazon Music and Spotify, the two main music streaming platforms in the world, even more compelling. Already several months ago Spotify announced the imminent possibility of creating music via AI on the platform and, also in this sense, it is not certain that Amazon Music will soon be able to announce something very similar.
