Obviously there is no shortage dozens of fixes for MediaTek, Unisoc and Qualcomm components, including some closed source cases for which no further details can be released. The idea, therefore, is to provide all manufacturers with the new basis with which to prepare the security patch of the month and allow users in possession of still supported smartphones and tablets to remain safe from the most dangerous threats discovered since November after you.

For the moment this update does not appear to have arrived on Google Pixel either; most likely, the patch will land along with the Pixel Feature Drop of the same month in one big update.
