Here’s how to find out if someone unfriended you on Snapchat

Snapchat is a messaging app not much different from a social network, which allows people to interact by exchanging photographs, images or text messages. You can find new friends there, based on geographical proximity, or converse with loved ones, accepting a connection with them, that is, friendship.

To be able to interact, send Snaps, use the chat, view contents not set to ‘public’ and much more you need add your contacts and be on their friend lists on Snapchat. If you are removed from these, you will not receive a notification, but finding out is not difficult.

Check your friends list to find out if a friend has removed you

When a friend removes you from their list, you’ll start to no longer see their content set to private. A clear decrease in stories shown and zeroed interactions are already a strong signalbut if you want to be sure of the removed friendship you can do a more specific check by analyzing your friends list.

To do this you need to launch the application on your device and click on your profile picture located at the top left. In the screen that opens, scroll until you reach and select the item My friendsin the section Amici.

A list opens containing all your contacts and friends. If the desired person is not present in this list, and who had previously accepted the friendship, it means that proceeded with a removal or, in the most drastic cases, blocked or deleted your profile.

To have further proof of what happened, you can try searching for your friend in the section Add friendswhich can be accessed by clicking on the icon located at the top right of every Snapchat screen.

Write your friend’s name in the search bar. If it appears together with the writing add it means he unfriended you. If your name does not appear in the list, you may have placed a block and prevented the user from view his profile and initiate interactionsor deleting his Snapchat account.

After someone has removed your friendship, you can always try to regain it by clicking on the item Add friends. However, if the decision was made consciously, the request will hardly be accepted. If, however, the user has opted for a block, it will be impossible to have new interactions of any type, or view his profile and what he shares: this will only become visible again if he decides to cancel the block yourself. Until that moment, the only option is to respect his decision.
