2) Free up storage space
If the phone freezes every time we download a new app or try to download a video from WhatsApp there could be a problem problem with storage space, not enough to download new data; usually a warning message appears but it is not certain that it will appear in time, especially if the phone crashes first.

6) Boot phone in safe mode
Reboot into Android safe mode it will allow you to start Samsung’s scans and optimizations, especially if the freeze occurs at startup or immediately after entering the passcode to the device.

7) Reset phone to initial settings
