On the occasion of the launch in Italy of the top range Black Shark 5 (8 + 128 GB priced at 549 euros, 12 + 256 GB at 649 euros) and 5 Pro (8 + 128 GB at 799 euros, 12 + 256 GB at 899 euros, 16 + 256 GB at 999 euros), the gamic brand of the Xiaomi galaxy has also confirmed the landing in the Bel Paese of the JoyBuds Pro earphones, practically the same as the Chinese model “Fengming” (on Amazon, in black or white, at 79.90 euros ).

Starting from the case, equipped with a 420 mAh battery, the latter is waterproof according to the IPX2 degree: in front, it has a slot for opening, which allows a glimpse of a luminous strip, in charge of highlighting – even with the case closed – the state charging of the earphones. Specifically, it turns green when the energy is over 50%, orange between 20 and 50%, and red below 20%. Charging takes place via a Type-C microUSB port on one side: on the opposite side there is the button for resetting the earphones to factory settings.

Of the temple type, the new JoyBuds Pro are IPx4 waterproof and have an in-ear form factor: this, together with the 3 microphones per gem, betrays the presence of ANC, active noise cancellation, up to 40 decibels, with various modes following: among these, in addition to the environmental one to stay aware of what is happening around, there are the Deep one for noisy environments such as trains and planes, the Light one for when you have to concentrate perhaps in the office or library, the Balanced one for shopping malls or the streets, and the Wind Immunity to neutralize the rustle of the wind while you train.

The sound emission is entrusted to 12 mm drivers, calibrated for a clean and detailed sound via livehouse technology: on the side of the phone calls, the cVc 8.0 technology (16-bit / 32 Khz) by Qualcomm intervenes to ensure clearness. The collaboration with the well-known chipmaker, however, certainly did not stop there. The Bluetooth 5.2, even with a low latency mode for gaming (85 ms), thanks to the new Qualcomm QCC3056 chip, benefits from the aptX codec and enjoys the still little widespread Snapdragon HD Sound certification (which confirms support for Lossless audio 24-bit / 96 KHz).

On the autonomy side, the JoyBuds Pro by Black Shark, thanks to the 58 mAh batteries, ensure 5.5 hours of autonomy with ANC, which rise to 10 without, and to 30 total thanks to the case: there is also fast charging, which in 15 minutes of refilling ensures 3 hours of operation.
