The queue of the event with which OnePlus unveiled its new top-of-the-range smartphone OnePlus 10 Pro has held a welcome surprise by bringing to the fore an unprecedented product, represented by the Bullets Wireless Z2 neckband earphones.
During the event that led to the global presentation of the top telephone range OnePlus 10 Pro, the Chinese brand of the same name has unveiled, for now only in favor of the Indian market, the expected OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 earphones which, as they are equipped with a neck band, fall into the category of neckband.
OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 enjoys IP55 impermeability against dust and water (rain, sweat, humidity), thus being able to be used even when doing outdoor sports. Given their category, they have a remote control on the right of the neckband, with a multi-function button, which can call up the voice assistant, two volume buttons, with a red tone in pure OnePlus style, and a microphone, with the possibility of adjust the noise reduction during calls at various levels.
Prepared in Beam Blue and Magic Black colors. the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 host 12.4 mm drivers (the largest ever mounted by OnePlus) for rich and deep bass: to this must be added the support for SBC and AAC codecs in charge of Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and the fact that the manufacturer has foreseen an AI optimizer for the audio scene, a kind of intelligent equalizer.
Among the smart functions of the One Bullets Wireless Z2, which in practice came about two years after their predecessors to which they aesthetically resemble, there is no lack of magnetic stand-by (by joining the external surfaces of the two units, the latter turn off, to turn on again once separated ) and fast pairing in the case of pairing with OnePlus smartphones.
In terms of autonomy, thanks to its microbattery (which impacts the weight of the product, of 230 grams), with the neckband in question you get 30 hours of operation, with the possibility of recovering another 20 after just 10 minutes of rapid charge, operated thanks to the microUSB Type – C door. The price is 1,999 rupees, roughly equal to 24 euros at the current exchange rate.
