Relevance AI launches low-code platform to build AI teams

The AI toolslike ChatGPT’s OpenAI, are already used by several companies. L’artificial intelligence it can indeed improve performance of workers in many fields. However, to date only companies with large engineering teams are able to create their own AI workforce. The Australian company Relevance AI has therefore decided to help companies of all sizes create custom AI agents for any use case. Thanks to the low-code platform based on SaaS of Relevance AI, they will be able to maximize their productivity. As stated by the co-founder of Relevance AI, Daniel Vassilev: “Our mission is to enable teams to be limited only by their ideas, not their size. We eliminate complexity and enable AI agents to work autonomously and complete detailed workflows or perform complex tasks with precision and predictability that businesses can trust”.

Relevance AI: Custom AI agents to automate repetitive tasks

To support their project, Relevance AI has raised 10 million dollars (15 million Australian dollars) in a Series A financing round driven by King River Capitalwith the participation of global investors Peak XV’s Surge, Galileo Venture e Insight Partners. The funding will be used to further develop the low-code platform and enable companies to automate repetitive tasks con AI agents personalized. In the last three months the Relevance AI platform has achieved more than 6,000 registrationsbecoming more and more popular. The registered companies have successfully performed further 250,000 activitieshow to respond to customer requests, manage sales and conduct market research. The strat-up says it is now working with some of the biggest names in technology, retail and fast-moving consumer goods.

As stated by Vassilev to his colleagues TechCrunchRelevance AI mainly focuses on sales and support teamwhich tend to be text-based and provide a return on investment (ROI) significant. The startup offers two main products: AI Tools e AI agent. Users can seamlessly integrate these tools into existing workflows to automate repetitive tasks and complete entire workflows, from research to marketing to sales. Additionally, Relevance AI’s flagship AI agent, theBDR agent (Business Development Representative), helps sales teams to optimize your time reducing inbox management, follow-ups and answering basic questions. The company believes that “each team will have hired at least one AI agent by 2025, and by 2030 will have a full AI team supporting it”.
