Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, here's what will be the biggest change

Just over a month away from the official event that will show the world the new foldable devices of Samsung. They are therefore ready for arrival Galaxy Z Fold 5 e Galaxy Z Flip 5devices that, compared to last year, will be ahead of the times.

The rumors have managed to provide up to now a complete overview of the technical specifications of the two new smartphones. Both the design and the hardware features are now known to all, even if the important changes should be few.

Samsung won’t twist anything, but here’s the new hinge

If there is a device that differentiates itself from its predecessor, it certainly won’t be the Galaxy Z Fold 5. In fact, Samsung’s flagship foldable should be practically identical from a design point of view. The rumors let it be known that the materials used will be the same as well as the arrangement of the various elements on the body.

The big improvement that Samsung will make will most likely concern the new zipper which will have the task of reducing the visual impact of the central crease.

It should be “drip“, or so the new hinge that will be implemented on the new Galaxy Z Fold and Flip is defined. The flexible panel will be able to bend inside allowing a clearer closure. This will prevent dust and any other small items from entering the crease between the two portions of the screen.

In the case of the Flip, which is also destined to receive this upgrade, it should significantly improve water resistance.

So what will be the biggest change of the Galaxy Z Fold 5?

Assumed that from an aesthetic point of view there will be no noteworthy improvements, it seems that the clearest change will concern the processor.

As the rumors have already announced some time ago, the new one Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 should give life to the new devices of Samsung. At the moment the rumors offer confirmation only regarding the Fold 5.

Clearly, new news will arrive in the coming days and maybe some images of both devices of the new Z range.
