The 2024 iPad Pros will have the best OLED displays on the market

Very reliable sources close to Apple report a great success of the next ones iPad Pro, especially on the display side. Speaking was the CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), Ross Young.

A new report published on Monday by Young claims that the panels that will be used for Apple’s tablets they should be the best OLED panels by far on the market. These will have LTPO technology, refresh rate at 120 Hztandem stack and will benefit from a significant thinning of the glass, resulting ultra-thin and light.

As many have heard by listening to various rumors on the web, the new iPad Pro (2024) will be the first made by Apple with an OLED display on board. Don’t worry about efficiency: although the panels have high brightness, the battery life will be very long.

iPad Pro 2024, the moment is approaching: specifications and sales prospects

The report published by Young points out something very difficult to decipher. Although the iPad Pro variant from 11.1 inches will come with a lower price and is expected to outsell the top-of-the-line model from 12.9 inches, the production of panels was concentrated for large stretches on the largest model. More 12.9-inch displays were produced than 11.1-inch ones every month from February to the end of April this year.

Apparently this discrepancy would be due to a problem that Samsung, Apple’s partner for the production of the displays of the new iPads, would have. The South Korean company found itself having to deal with loss of brightness.

Apple’s other partner is LG Display and since it makes all 12.9-inch panels, there was a noticeable gap in production. As for specifications, the new 2024 iPad Pros could be Apple’s first devices to showcase a processor M4. Most rumors take the M3 for granted, but new rumors would have put the flea in users’ ears.
