Shortly after the launch of its new Bluetooth speakers, Sony has made official, through a press release, 8 new Bravia professional displays, suitable for digital signage on university campuses, offices, points of sale, distributed with a home guarantee of 3 years.

The Z9K series, declined in 75 and 85 inches, with anti-reflection and attention to viewing angles (X-Anti Reflection and X-Wide Angle), offers fluid 8K HDR images (100-120 Hz), with support for high dynamic range (HDR10, HLG and Dolby Vision): the backlighting of the LCD panels occurs through miniLEDs and, through the XR Backlight Master Drive technology, promises high contrast. The Cognitive Processor XR ensures the 8K upscaling of lower resolution images and supports the implementation of further optimizations (XR Contrast Booster 20 / XR Triluminos Pro): then, via the ambient light sensor, the Ambient Optimization function Pro.

Usable with the Bravia CAM, to adapt audio and video to the user’s position and support it in video calls, AirPlay ready, the Z9K models have microphones for hands-free control (unless you use the premium remote control), and support Acoustic Center Sync / Acoustic Multi Audio technologies: the beating heart provides 16 GB of storage and the Android TV 10 operating system while, in terms of HDMI ports (with eARC) it should be noted that the 4th supports 8K @ 60 Hz video streams ( unlike the first three, in UHD @ 120 Hz).

The A95K series offers 55 and 65 “QD-OLED panels in UltraHD with 100-120 Hz, whose contrast is enhanced by the XR OLED Contrast Pro technology while the color palette is revealed in an extremely extensive way via Triluminos Max technology. points in common with the previous series (high dynamic range in HDR10 / Dolby Vision / HLG, the Cognitive Processor XR, the audio with Acoustic Center Sync, the 16 GB of storage and Android TV 10, the AirPlay and the premium remote control, environmental optimizations and use with the webcam). However, the HDMI ports, with eARC, support UltraHD at 120Hz on the 3rd and 4th, and the sound also benefits from sound reproduction via the vibrations of the display glass (Acoustic Surface Audio +).

The A90K series uses 42 or 48-inch UltraHD OLED panels with a white subpixel (WRGB) that render cinematic images thanks to the XR Triluminos Pro technology, while the Acoustic Surface Audio + and Acoustic Center Sync technologies take care of the sound. At the helms of commands are the Cognitive Processor XR and Android TV 10 stored on 16 GB of storage: there is the high dynamic range video and audio (HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG and Dolby Atmos), as well as the premium remote control and microphones for freehand control: the BRAVIA CAM is optional.

The A80K series features WRGB UltraHD OLED screens in 55, 65 and 77 ”sizes. benefited from Triluminos Pro / XR OLED Contrast Pro technologies and high dynamic range (HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG), as well as from the Cognitive Processor XR SoC, the audio enjoys Acoustic Surface Audio +, Dolby Atmos, and Acoustic Center Sync: The Bravia webcam is always optional, but the remote control compared to the previous series is new but not premium.

The X95K series adopts a flat design for its 65, 75, 85 ”UltraHD LCD panels, X-Wide Angle, to which the Cognitive Processor XR brings improvements in movement, color, sharpness and contrast ( also cured via X-Anti Reflection): the backlighting takes place via miniLED and improves thanks to the XR Backlight Master Drive. The formats HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision are present, with the audio including Acoustic Multi-Audio, Dolby Atmos and Acoustic Center Sync. The situation of the HDMI is the same as the A80K series, from which the remote control, the optional Bravia CAM, and the choice of 16 GB of storage and Android TV 10 are also borrowed.

United by showing off 4K HDR quality, the professional display models X80K (43. 65 “), X81K (75”) and X85K (85 “) offer digital signage LCD diagonals of various sizes, on which the fluid (100 -120 Hz) images are improved via Triluminos Pro and 4K X-Reality Pro, by the different 4K HDR Processor X1, being able to rely on Direct LED backlighting. Here the audio provides X-Balanced Speaker capable of guaranteeing Dolby Atmos: to complete, the casting via AirPlay and being able to use the new remote control should also be mentioned.
