While the announcement of the brand new HX90G was still hot, the Chinese brand Minisforum unveiled another mini computer, the UM560 model which, inserted within the new Venus series, combines flexibility of use and performance, meeting digital uses. office signage, as a server to manage a printer, or media center / home theater PC.

The newly announced compact Minisforum Venus UM560 computer, ready for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, maximizes the necessary performance thanks to an AMD processor with 15W of TDP, made with 7-nanometer lithography at TSMC’s foundries: specifically, yes It is the hexacore APU (from 2.3 to 4.3 in boost clock frequency) with 12 threads Ryzen 5 5625U from AMD, combined with the integrated graphics card Radeon RX Vega 7, whose 7 processing cores can work up to 1,800 MHz of frequency.

For RAM, of the dual channel DDR4 type, it is possible to expand the amount up to 64 GB maximum, while the storage relies on both a 2280 slot for an M.2 SSD with a PCIe interface, and on a 2.5-inch slot for a mechanical hard disk with SATA interface (3.0 6.0Gb / s bandwidth).

With the Windows 11 Pro operating system on board in case you opt for the versions with pre-assembled storage, the new UM560 compact computer of the Venus line by Minisforum is on sale on the official German store (store.minisforum.de/products/minisforum-venus -series-um560) in barebones version, therefore without memories, at a price of 349 euros, which will rise to 429 with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage already installed. Otherwise, it will reach € 469.00 with 16 + 256 GB, € 489 with 16 + 512 GB and, finally, € 559 ​​with 32 + 512 GB.
