In the past few hours, an Oppo event richer than previously thought has revealed, among other things, a pair of top-of-the-range smartphones, the Oppo K10 and K10 Pro: here are the specifications and prices currently related to the Chinese market.
After launching the OnePlus Ace, the parent company BBK Electronics held a Sunday event in China, with which it presented two smartphones on behalf of the Oppo brand, including the Oppo K10 and the Oppo K10 Pro, both with the ColorOS 12.1 interface to cover Android 12.
Oppo K10 (dark night black and ice blue, 8.73 mm thick for 205 grams) adopts a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display resolved at 2412 × 1080 pixels, with a dynamic refresh rate (6 levels) up to 120 Hz and 240 Hz of touch sampling. In the crucial segment, the Mediatek Dimensity 8000 Max octacore processor operates, with maximum 2.75 Ghz and a Mali-G610 GPU. The memories provide 8 or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, which combine into 8 + 128 GB (1999 yuan), 8 + 256 GB (2199 yuan) and 12 + 256 GB (2499 yuan) . The whole achieves heat dissipation for an area of 16,625 mm² thanks to a Diamond VC liquid system. If desired, you can add an 18W clip with 3-speed fan, not too loud (24 decibels).
On the energy side, the battery, from 5,000 mAh, is charged by 80% in 29 minutes (and completely in 45 min) thanks to the 67W SuperVOOC fast charge while, in terms of connectivity, 5G, NFC, stand out. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Of note is the collaboration with Razer, which brought the “Black Widow” and “Mercury” skins for the keyboard and exclusive sound effects (as well as improved feedback for clicks on the screen).
Oppo K10 Pro (titanium black, light blue, 8.6 mm thick for 196 grams) opts. within a plastic frame, for a 6.62-inch AMOLED display (Samsung E4) from 2400 × 1080 pixels, with 120 Hz of refresh rate and 1000 Hz of instant touch sampling, and biometric scanner underneath. Behind, on the AG glass back, the triple camera, with stainless steel protection rings, features a 50 sensor (IMX766, main, optical stabilization), one 8 (ultra wide angle) by 8, and one by 2 (macro). On the multimedia side, there are also two stereo speakers with Dolby and, in terms of vibrations, the linear motor along the X axis.
The K10 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octacore processor, with LPDDR5 RAM memory and UFS 3.1 storage, which are combined in 8 + 128 GB 2499 yuan), 8 + 256 GB (2799 yuan), and 12 + 256GB (3199 yuan). Heat dissipation is entrusted to the vapor chamber, again with diamond gel, with a surface area of 17933 mm².
The energy section includes the 5000 mAh battery, which with the 80W fast charge goes from a0 to 100% in 31 minutes, providing more than adequate energy resources to the connectivity sector, in which 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.2.
For the occasion, the brand has unveiled in favor of the first smartphone, a gift box that includes the cooling clip, wired headphones, a VIP card for the Huantai game, a game activation button and, among other things, a horizontal super flash charging data cable.
