The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 appears online with a highly anticipated novelty

The current moment is the result of the great hype that the new series has generated Galaxy S24 launched by Samsung about 15 days ago. At the same time, life goes on and so do the company’s projects and that is why we are already talking about what is to come. New news has therefore arrived regarding one of the giant’s leaflets, the Galaxy Z Flip. More specifically, the discussion concerned the next model, the From Flip6 which we begin to discuss animatedly.

For a few years now, Samsung’s foldable clamshell phones have been receiving a lot of criticism, both positive and negative. Among the latter, a big problem is represented by battery. These, according to many, are too small compared to the telephone, resulting in shortcomings in terms of autonomy. Precisely regarding this, here comes some new indiscretion.

The Galaxy Z Flip6 could finally have a bigger battery, even if only slightly

A well-known source in the Samsung environment reported that the company is testing a larger battery in the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Not to forget that Samsung uses a dual battery design in its foldables, precisely because of the division between the upper part and bottom of the terminal.

The source claims that the upcoming Z Flip 6 has been tested with a 5000mAh battery 1.097 mAh and a battery from 2.790 mAhfor a total capacity of 3.880 mAh. This therefore suggests that Samsung could be talking about a product with a 4,000 mAh battery on board.

All this in light of what has been done with the model currently on the market, namely the Z Flip5. In this case, the giant speaks of a smartphone with a 3,700 mAh battery, while individually there are two units inside it of 971 mAh and 2,620 mAh respectively, so the total corresponds to 3.591 mAh.

The hope is that the new edition of the foldable clamshell will provide that extra bit of autonomy which would finally make it a valid competitor for other devices.
