During the last few days, the announcement arrived directly via the official channel of Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg: there will be 4 new features reserved for channels.
As had been anticipated in recent days, the first feature that users will embrace will be that of surveys. Users may be called by administrators to express their opinion, which will remain anonymous.
The second feature that will arrive will be that of audio messagesuseful for administrators who will therefore be able to have another means in addition to classic text messages.
The other novelty will be represented by the status updates; in fact, users will be able to give greater visibility to what is published on the channel directly by sharing within their WhatsApp status, similar to Instagram stories. The other, rather than functionality, is a novelty: every channel will be able to have up to 16 administrators in order to better manage organizations and companies with multiple users in tow.
