Since X was acquired by Elon Musk, the CCDH began publishing reports regarding the increase inincitement to hatred on the platform.
In the dispute, which has reached the court, the association will refer to a state law (called anti-SLAPP), while the other party will leverage the fact that CCDH would have illegally collected data on the platform, having violated its terms of service.
